Note: Any architectural change grandfathered pursuant to these Guidelines must be maintained as originally approved. Such grandfathered modifications shall remain in effect and cannot be reversed, provided they continue to comply with the conditions under which they were initially approved, regardless of any changes or adjustments made by future Boards.

This grandfather provision does not apply to exterior modifications that were not approved through the requisite application process in place at the time the modification was made and/or for which a permit was required but not obtained.

Unapproved modifications will be subject to violation notifications and must be corrected to fully comply with the current Guidelines, governing documents, and/or Rules and Regulations.
