I want to rent. How do I do that?

Before renting your property, you must ensure compliance with the Corsica Community Association’s Screening Guidelines. All prospective tenants must complete an application and undergo a screening process. The guidelines include checks for credit history, criminal background, eviction history, and residential verification.

Applications are reviewed by the Property Manager, and written approval must be obtained before the tenant occupies the property. Details and forms are available from Vesta Property Services. Please refer to the Association’s governing documents for specific requirements.

I am having an issue with my neighbor (parking, pets, noise, etc) - how do I resolve this?

Residents are encouraged to address issues with neighbors amicably and directly as a first step. If the issue persists, you can submit a formal complaint to the Property Manager. The Association may mediate disputes or take action if the issue violates community rules or regulations, as outlined in the governing documents.

I want to modify the exterior of my home - can I?

As a resident of a deed-restricted community, all exterior modifications must comply with the Association’s Architectural Standards and Guidelines. You must submit an Architectural Modification Request, which includes detailed plans and supporting documents, for review by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Work cannot commence until you receive written approval from the ACC.

Local city permits may also be required for your modification. Detailed guidelines and procedures are available in the ACC guidelines document.

I received a notice of violation - now what?

Upon receiving a notice of violation, you must address the issue as outlined in the notice. If you believe the notice was issued in error or need clarification, you may contact the Property Manager. Failure to resolve the issue within the specified timeframe may result in fines or further action by the Association, as outlined in the governing documents.
